We specialize in providing capital in the six- to seven-figure range, empowering independent artists and media companies to bring their visions to life.

Our due diligence process is designed to be efficient and comprehensive, focusing on the unique assets of creative ventures. We deeply analyze your financial assets and intellectual property (IP)—like copyrights or pre-sale agreements—which can serve as collateral. We also evaluate the credibility of the artist or management team and their track record of successfully delivering projects. While this ensures a robust review, our process is still significantly faster than traditional banks, with most deals closing in a matter of weeks.

Structuring Cost
The terms of a loan from Catchlight Capital are highly customized to fit each project's unique needs. We work collaboratively with you to structure a loan that is comfortable for both parties and often have lower covenant burdens than a traditional bank. For longer-term loans, we typically offer a floating interest rate like PRIME + Spread. For shorter-duration loans, we provide a fixed rate for easy predictability. While prepayment premiums may apply, our goal is to provide a flexible and strategic loan that empowers your creative project.

equity financing?
At Catchlight Capital, our focus is exclusively on providing secured and unsecured lending solutions. We do not offer equity-based financing, allowing us to maintain a clear and direct lending relationship with our clients.
